DELIVERING TRUE VALUE TO OUR PACIFIC FAMILY
TourismHQ’s vision is to create unforgettable travel experiences while backing the communities we operate in.
We’ve been working in Fiji since 2012, building direct relationships with local businesses, suppliers and villages. Every guest experience we run supports local operators to deliver value across the Pacific.
You can’t visit a Fijian community without feeling their love of sport. Kids gather with mates to kick or throw a ball around until after dark, and small sporting events are major community gatherings. That’s where our giving goes.
Our commitment to Fijian communities began and continues with our festivals since 2012 and increased with passion through the Fijian Cup since 2017, with tournaments helping fund pro-bono coaching and referee clinics, broadcast cameras donated to FijiTV, and upgrades to Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
In 2026 we formalised this work by establishing the Pacific Fern Foundation, a New Zealand charitable foundation whose flagship programme, Train the Trainers, delivered its first pilot in June 2026: delivering coaching education across rugby league, touch and Oztag, led by facilitators from the NRL, Touch NZ and Australian Oztag in partnership with the Fiji National Sports Commission.
TourismHQ underwrites all of the foundation’s administration and logistics, so 100% of partner funds reach the programmes. Learn more at pacificfern.org.
